This 200-year-old Greek Revival home is located right in the city of Canandaigua, just a stroll away from the beauty of the lake, attractions and the restaurants and shopping in historic downtown Canandaigua.
The B&B’s five spacious room all come with private en-suite baths, flat-screen TVs and DVD players, hand pressed cotton linens, wine glasses and corkscrews, toiletries and cotton robes. Several rooms also feature fireplaces. While furnished with period antiques, Oliver Phelps is updated with all modern conveniences, including WiFi and central air conditioning.
Your stay includes a delicious three-course gourmet breakfast served with local juices, coffee, or tea. Other amenities include a spacious sitting areas with fireplaces, a game room, guest refrigerator with complimentary bottled water, sweet treats and afternoon iced tea, daily newspaper, garden hammock and gazebo, off-street parking and enclosed 3-season spa.
