The D. H. Burrell Overlook Mansion Bed & Breakfast and Event Center was built in the late 1880s for industrialist and inventor David Hamlin Burrell.


Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this stunning Victorian home became known as the "Overlook" due to its remarkable position featuring spectacular views of the Mohawk valley and the city of Little Falls. Today, this historical 3-story mansion is available for overnight stays as well as workshops, seminars, private parties, celebrations, weddings and other special events. Rooms are decorated with period pieces and include air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, TVs with cable channels and separate seating.


Some have fireplaces and one includes a private balcony. A complimentary continental breakfast is served in the dining room or in-room. The Overlook is located within walking distance of Little Falls’ points of interest like Canal Place, Moss Island and Main Street and is a short drive from many of the attractions of from Cooperstown to the Adirondacks.
