The Tailor and the Cook features farm-to-table American cooking, a flower-lined patio and an extensive wine list in a beautiful circa-1800s building in Utica’s historic Bagg’s Square neighborhood. Featuring local product whenever possible, the restaurant menus change based on seasonality, freshness, and availability of local goods.


The menu always offers at least two vegan dishes and most of the dishes can be created gluten-free.
