September through November - check website for times and to schedule your glassmaking fun

Celebrate the cooler weather and colorful days in a unique and memorable way this autumn at The Corning Museum of Glass. First, see the World’s Largest Glass Pumpkin made by the museum glassmakers. The giant pumpkin measures 97 inches (more than 8 feet) in circumference and weighs in at 70 pounds!

While there you can buy glass pumpkins, watch amazing glassmakers make glass pumpkins, check out the museum’s Glass Holiday Feast and enjoy fall treats in the Cafe.

BUT, you are not limited to simply watching the glass work – you can make your own glass pumpkin! The museum’s glass artists will help you blow a pumpkin decoration or to flamework a pumpkin pendant to wear. This experience is a seasonal favorite, so you’ll want to book early.
