One of only a few meaderies in the entire country, the family-owned Earle Estates Meadery has been crafting its honey mead in many varieties and blends since 1993.
 

The estate’s bright tasting room overlooking Seneca Lake also features many honey related gifts and treats or relax outside on the beautiful lawn while enjoying your favorite honey wine as well as fruit wines and grape wines.
