The Art Effect at the Trolley Barn Gallery is the first youth-led gallery in the Hudson Valley. Located in downtown at the iconic Poughkeepsie Trolley Barn, the gallery puts youth in the driver’s seat, empowering them to engage community members and visitors in the transformative arts that they curate.

In addition to youth-curated, international juried exhibitions, The Trolley Barn Gallery brings the youth together alongside established art professionals to present impactful and powerful exhibitions and festivals.
