Black River Trail follows part of an abandoned segment corridor of the NY Central Railroad and is a 5-mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Great Bend, NY. The trail, which features a river, is rated as moderate and primarily used for hiking, walking, trail running, and fishing. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
