Sounds of Winter

Sounds of Winter Time: 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
It’s easy to forget that nature is still active in the winter, yet with its bare trees and frozen ground, this is the time when sounds are most amplified. During this program, we will go for a quiet walk around The Woods to listen to the chickadees fluttering around the trees, the breeze softly whistling through the hemlocks, the crunches of our footsteps, and whatever else we discover. Join us as we experience the sounds resonating through the not-so-silent winter forest. Snowshoes will be provided if needed.

More details: This program is designed for adults. Space is limited. Online pre-registration is required.
