In the Finger Lakes, located just six miles east of the village of Seneca Falls, Cayuga Lake State Park is a popular spot for both camping and day use. The park, located on the north end of Cayuga Lake, encompasses 188 acres, with sweeping views of the lake, a swimming beach and showers, a playground and sports fields, picnic areas complete with tables and pavilions, a boat launch and fishing access, nature trails and recreation programs, and more.
The campground features more than 250 campsites total, with sites that can accommodate anything from a tent to an RV, and there are also cabins available to rent overlooking the lake. In the winter, sledding, cross-country skiing, snow shoeing and ice fishing are popular activities at the park.
