Continuing a family legacy of Italian cooking that’s been going strong since 1961, Coppola’s Italian American Bistro in the Hudson Valley town of Hyde Park is a local staple that’s been in business for more than 65 years. Authentic homemade Italian food from time-honored family recipes is the cornerstone of the restaurant’s iconic status in the area and its ongoing success. Visit Coppola’s for lunch, dinner, or Sunday brunch; all three menus are packed with Italian specialties. Steaks and chops, seafood, chicken, veal, pizzas and calzones complement the full range of Italian pasta dishes available. The homemade sauce can also be purchased by the jar and enjoyed at home. Coppola’s is open every day of the week for lunch and dinner, and for brunch on Sundays.
