Edgar’s offers 11 different types of steaks and chops, each with the option of being dry-rubbed and seared, or cooked over an open grill. In addition to steaks and chops, entrees include Castle favorites like Salmon Nicoise, pan seared duck breast and Edgar’s signature burger.
