Just 8 miles south of Henderson Harbor, Southwick Beach State Park is known for its warm, inviting sandy beach.
Campsites are available and day-users can enjoy swimming, picnicking, hiking and games on the playing fields. The park is adjacent to the Lakeview Wildlife Management Area, home to the environmentally-sensitive coastal sand dunes.
Bask in the natural beauty of the park’s hiking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails. During the winter, snowmobilers are permitted in the park and in-season deer hunting is allowed south of the park entrance.
