Finger Lakes Water Adventures offers a variety of boat tours and boat rentals on Seneca Lake. Throughout the summer, their hour-and-fifteen-minute narrated Seneca Lake Reel Tours depart at 2 and 4 p.m. on Thursdays through Sundays from Stivers Seneca Marina in Waterloo, at the north end of Seneca Lake. They also offer two-hour Canal Lock Tours, departing from the same spot but traveling up Cayuga-Seneca Canal to Lock 4 in Waterloo; a two-hour Canal Experience to Seneca Falls Tour that includes a trip up the canal from Waterloo through the lock to Seneca Falls, with a 90-minute shore excursion to explore the town and a return trip that ends with food and drinks at Tiki Bar North; and special cruises, like a Whiskey Wine Wednesday Weekly Sunset Cruise and a Fall Foliage Cruise.

In addition, Finger Lakes Water Adventures offers power boats, pontoon boats, kayaks and paddleboards for rent, and offers a bike rental excursion along the canal that concludes with a ride back on a tour boat and lunch at Tiki Bar North. They also offer lodging rentals in Waterloo and nearby Romulus, including a marina apartment, several cabins, a houseboat, and two lake houses.
