Open year round, this hilltop B&B is set in a 19th-century Greek Revival farmhouse on 5.7 acres and is only 3 miles from Seneca Falls' town center. The home features five large guest bedrooms, three with private baths and two with a shared bath.

The majority of the common areas on the first floor are open to guests, including two old-world parlors with free WiFi and cable TV and a cozy den.

A free hot breakfast is served in a relaxed dining room and coffee is complimentary, as are some snacks in the pantry. All guests can use the outdoor pool and porches.
