Connecting all buildings of the state plaza, the Concourse is Albany's "Underground City" with food courts, banks, a post office, a CDTA bus station, a visitor's center along with several retailers.
 

The Concourse also features various works of art and sculptures, part of the State collection of modern abstract art.
