Osteria Salina specializes in wood fired cuisine and traditional Sicilian fare along with a nightly raw bar with shrimp, oysters, clams, lobster and more. The menu features a selection of aged steaks and a rotisserie that offers a different meat selection every evening including organic chicken, quail and more.
 
Boasting its own onsite bakery and creperie onsite, Osteria provides a wide variety of Italian cookies, pastries, breads, croissants, brioche, crepes and panelle.
 
The elegant restaurant’s full bar serves up local wines, beers and liquor from the Finger Lakes Region as well as craft cocktails and a specialty Martini menu.
