The 18-hole Battle Island State Park Golf Course is a challenging one for the "budding professional" as well as the amateur player. With its plush fairways and neatly trimmed greens, the golf course is rated in the top 5 of Central New York public courses.


Battle Island has a pro shop as well as an on-site bar and restaurant, Kristin’s, which is open for breakfast and dinner and serves American fare using fresh, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. The park also is open in winter for cross-country skiing.
