Built in 1860 and modeled after an Irish castle, this this opulent, ivy-covered manor features three floors of unmatched ambiance with fine dining, a casual bar and grill and an elegant banquet facility perfect for weddings and special events.
 

To accompany its seasonal menu, the castle’s full bar features an award-winning wine list of more than 300 wines, including the largest selection of New York State wines in Central NY.
