This bagel shop serves authentic NYC bagels (with some Gluten-free options) and bialys (a baked roll middle with a depression instead of a bagel hole typically filled with diced onions and other ingredients, possibly including garlic, poppy seeds, or bread crumbs) along with a variety of cream cheese flavors.


Also on the menu are breakfast and lunch sandwiches and locally roasted Recess Coffee, roasted in Syracuse, N.Y. All of Cazenovia Bagel Company’s bagels and bialys are all-natural, 100% kosher and free of preservatives, artificial flavors, colors and dough conditioners.
