Picturesquely located on the west side of stunning Seneca Lake, Climbing Bines Hop Farm & Brewery’s hopyard is a 1.5 acre planting that consists of seven cultivars and nearly 1,500 hills.

While the farm is dedicated to growing premium New York State grown hops for the local brewing industry and beyond, the farm has now opened its own brewery consisting of hand-crafted brews using its own estate grown hops and locally harvested barley.

The brewery offers tastings, pints, grenades (32 oz.), and growlers and its house ales include an IPA, Amber, Pale, Blonde and Hefeweizen.
