Critz Farms offers year-round farming fun, beginning in March with its Maple Syrup Celebration, which features tours of its maple production facilities and a pancake breakfast for hungry guests. With approximately 325 acres, Critz Farms’ grows a wide variety of crops with the primary being pumpkins, apples and conifer trees. Other crops include gourds, decorative corn, blueberries, and flowers and their farm products include farm fresh sweet apple cider, award winning hand crafted hard cider, farm brewed craft beer, New York cheddar cheese, balsam fir wreaths and, of course, pure maple syrup and other maple products.
Some of Critz Farms’ events include the Apple Blossom Festival in May; pick-your-own berries and an annual Blueberry Jam in the summer; its Fall Harvest Celebration; and from Thanksgiving to Christmas, it is their Holiday Family Fun. The Critz Farms Brewing & Cider Co. tasting room welcomes visitors from March through December.
