Canal Corporation of NY State
As the fifth most populous metropolitan city in the state of New York and part of the Central - Erie Canal Region, Syracuse is the place to be for "big city" culture and sophistication tempered with small town hospitality. Filled with history, culture, entertainment along with exciting culinary experiences, shopping and nightlife, Syracuse is one amazing adventure all by itself.

The Rosamond Gifford Zoo  and Destiny USA, New York State’s largest shopping center that also boasts the world’s largest suspended indoor ropes and an inside Go-Kart track, hold exciting adventures for everyone, especially families.

Downtown Armory Square offers scrumptious, eclectic cuisine, a hopping craft beer scene, shopping and music and is close to fascinating museums like the Everson Museum of Art,  the MOST  (Milton J. Rubenstein Museum of Science and Technology), and the Erie Canal Museum.

Best of all, Syracuse is at the Central crossroads where The New York Thruway (I-90) meets Interstate Route 81, so it's only a scenic drive to many other towns and attractions in the Area.

Whether it is wine tasting in Finger Lakes, cruising the 1000 Islands on the St. Lawrence, charter fishing on Lake Ontario, skiing our snow-covered slopes, enjoying gaming and entertainment at the elegant Turning Stone Casino and Resort  or just taking in the ambience of the many quaint small towns and villages, Syracuse is the center of it all.
