During the weekend, you can catch the huge Ithaca Farmers' Market, or jump on the Cayuga Wine Trail seven days a week to sample some award-winning Finger Lakes wines and craft brews. If you are hungry, Ithaca is reported to have more restaurants per capita than New York City and the variety and options are wide-ranging and incredible, like the upscale MIX with its multi-specialty tapas selections, or the lively waterfront restaurant and bar, The BoatYard Grill.
Other glamping sites in the region offer unique luxury camping options including teepes, treehouses and Yurts (Mongolian-style round tents). Ithaca by Firelight even has a nearby spa, August Moon Spa, where you can unwind in luxury.
