The 40-mile Lake Ontario Wine Country tour features 23 wineries to savor the true taste of the region through award-winning wines
Experience Lake Erie Wine Country, formerly known as the Chautauqua-Lake Erie Wine Trail, located on the south shore of beautiful Lake Erie in Pennsylvania and New York. Here you’ll step back in time as you explore the wineries, villages and beaches that are nestled among green rolling hills in the midst of 30,000 acres of luscious, fragrant grape vineyards, the majority of which are native grapes of the Labrusca variety.
This 53-mile-long Wine Trail is located between Harborcreek, Pennsylvania and Silver Creek, New York. With only a handful of stop lights from beginning to end, your drive through almost 50 miles of vineyards in Lake Erie Wine Country will transport you to a bygone era of sleepy, quaint Victorian towns with friendly people, stopping along the way at any or all of the 23 wineries to sip and savor the true taste of our region through its award-winning wines.
