Try unique items like poached eggs with braised kale and tomato & mascarpone toast, poached artichoke filled with truffled scrambled eggs, curried coconut tofu hash or for lunch perhaps a Cuban-press sandwich with braised pork, smoked ham, provolone cheese and house made pickles.
