Café Le Perche uses fresh ingredients from local farms, in particular their blend of flour for their signature Baguette du Perche and Rustic Peasant loaves, which is organically grown and milled locally by Wild Hive Farm in Clinton Corners, NY.
 

The café also serves cocktails, beer and wine.
