Housed in two restored barns, this small-batch craft cider blends are created from hand-picked apples from their own orchards, with blends designed at the facility’s nursery.

Drawing on the history and topography of the land, Wayside Cider focuses on making modern American cider, picking and grafting the wild and abandoned trees. Using modern production methods, the cider mill produces a cider unique to the region, in particular their unique and popular Delaware County cider.

The farm also boasts an organic garden and a professional chef on staff, offering farm-to-table bites to accompany your cider option. Also available are a range of micro/farm/biodynamic beers, spirits and wines from around New York State.
