Schenectady’s Museum of Innovation and Science’s exhibits, programs, and events are designed to inspire people to celebrate and explore science and technology, past present, and future.

 
MiSci is a dynamic destination that explores the region's rich technological heritage, with some of the region's finest interactive and traveling exhibits. Become part of a crew of engineers and scientists on-board the space-craft Challenger at the museum’s Challenger Learning Center or view the stars and outlines of constellations at the Suits-Bueche Planetarium through its GOTO Chronos Star Machine, one of only 16 in the United States. The projector can also show the sky from any location on Earth 100,000 years in the past or in the future!

 
The museum also features a butterfly house
