Enjoy a Lockport Locks and Erie Canal Cruise
Enjoy a unique narrated two-hour cruise past many historic sites and “Flight of Five" with lively narration by Coast Guard Licensed Captains
Experience this AAA Gem Attraction featured on the History Channel that will take you past five of the original 1800's locks. Enjoy a unique narrated two-hour cruise past many historic sites and “Flight of Five.”
The cruise includes being raised and lowered 50 feet in the only double set of locks on the Erie Canal. The lively narration by the Coast Guard Licensed Captains is also accompanied by crowd-pleasing canal music, popular during the 1800's.
The Lockport Locks and Canal Cruises fleet includes the Lockview IV, a 48-passenger, single-deck US Coast Guard licensed vessel built to resemble the African Queen. This boat has appeared in the movie “Mystic Pizza” and has two restrooms and a licensed snack area. The rest of the fleet features the Lockview V, a 125-passenger double-deck motor vessel equipped with two restrooms and a licensed snack area; and the Lockview VI, a 75-foot double-deck Mississippi-style stern paddle wheel motor vessel with an upper and lower deck, two restrooms, and a fully-licensed bar.
