The North Hoosick brewing facility is housed in a converted 19th-century mill set upon the banks of the historic Walloomsac River. Offering a breathtaking view of the Walloomsac River waterfall, the brewery forges more than 80 styles of ales and lagers including its award-winning Pale Ale, Oatmeal Stout and Whiskey Porter.
 

The riverside tasting room features an expansive menu of American and gastro-pub fare to pair with your beer of choice and often hosts live music and events.
 

Brewery tours (fee) are available by advance appointment on Friday afternoons.


Brown’s Brewing Co. has earned a number of awards over the years, including TAP New York’s 2008 Matthew Vassar Cup for the Best Brewery in the Hudson Valley; a Gold medal for its Pale Ale by the Culinary Institute of America; winner of the prestigious World Beer Cup Gold and Silver Awards for our Oatmeal Stout and Whiskey Porter, respectively, and Metroland readers have consistently voted Brown’s Best Brewpub in the Capital Region since 2008.
