From the heart of the Catskills between Phoenicia and Woodstock, Woodstock Brewing forges its handcrafted beers in its warm, industrial-style facility for guests to see.
Its offerings include IPAs, porters, pale ales, stouts and unique signature beers beers with hints of fruit and spices, like their Saison. brewed with Pilsner Malt and Spelt, hopped delicately with Amarillo and Saaz with notes of honeycomb, shortbread, apricot, clover and black pepper.
While Woodstock Brewing does not currently serve food, they are in the process of installing a kitchen and guest are free to purchase pizza or baked goods from the restaurant next door and bring it over to have with their brew!
