The brewery’s year-round beers include a couple of IPA's, a pilsner, a brettanomyces saison and a black lager, recently selected by The New Yorker as best draught beer in New York City for 2015. These are offered with a variety of eclectic seasonal and barrel-aged brews.
The taproom features growlers and crowlers to go and Catskill Brewery beers can be found in many establishments throughout the Catskills.
