A fully renewable powered green brewery, the Catskill Brewery makes fresh ales and lagers and some barrel aged specialties from the finest natural and often local ingredients when available.
The brewery’s year-round beers include a couple of IPA's, a pilsner, a brettanomyces saison and a black lager, recently selected by The New Yorker as best draught beer in New York City for 2015. These are offered with a variety of eclectic seasonal and barrel-aged brews.
The taproom features growlers and crowlers to go and Catskill Brewery beers can be found in many establishments throughout the Catskills.
