Located in the Catskill Forest Preserve, Little Pond provides 67 tent and trailer sites as well as 8 “remote” tent sites.
Amenities include a picnic area with tables, grills/fireplace, playground, restrooms and hot showers, sandy beach boat launch and rowboat, paddle boat, kayak and canoe rentals.
Hiking opportunities feature a leisurely hiking trail around a 13-acre pond and the opportunity to venture along trails leading to the ruins of an old farm or to enjoy breathtaking views atop the Touchmenot Mountains. Other activities offered are swimming, fishing, non-motorized boating, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, soccer and more.
Pets are welcome but must be on a leash.
