Darien Lakes State Park

This 1,845-acre state park is a nice mix of hills, beautiful woodlands, ravines and streams yet it is only 3.9 miles from the exciting Darien Lake Theme Park Resort.
The park offers more than 150 campsites for both tents and RVs, most with electricity and some primitive sites as well along heated comfort stations and showers.
Amenities include the 12-acre Harlow Lake, a beach, playgrounds, fishing, canoeing and kayaking, hiking and horseback riding trails, picnic areas and a rustic bridge over the lake channel to Picnic Island. In winter, multiple-use trails are open for hiking, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. Darien also has two picnic shelters available. Seasonal small game and deer hunting is allowed with the proper permit.
