Pick your Own Apples at Behling Orchards

Along with apple picking, The Barn at the orchard is open every weekend to enjoy homemade cider and treats, candy apples, fudge and so much more!

Apple picking begins in September; cider is available from mid-September through November. Visit website for times and apples in season.
 

“The Barn” at Behling Orchards is, open every weekend during the fall season for all to enjoy cider, bags of fresh apples, decorations for your home, New York Maple syrup and honey. The farm's Candy Room is where you will find caramel popcorn balls, freshly popped popcorn, and hand dipped candy apples with a hard candy shell, caramel, cinnamon, or turtle apple or stop by the Donut Room for a slice of homemade apple pie, delicious donuts, hot cider, or a steaming cup of coffee. In the Fudge Room you’ll find more goodies for your sweet tooth with various fudges and cotton candy.
 

There is also a playland for the kids, but due to Covid, a few regular features and activities have been put on hold this year, check the website for details.
 

Established in 1947 and passed down through 5 generations, Behling Orchards has grown from 6 acres of apples to more than 200 with nearly 80 varieties of apples, including their own signature apple, Jenna Blush which is the perfect blend of sweet/tart. Behling Orchards also makes cider the old-fashioned way – with a rack and cloth technique that captures the flavor of the apples.
