Apple picking starts weekends in September and normally runs until the third weekend in October. There are two orchards so check site for that weekend’s location.

Along with apple picking, Altamont Orchards features a complex of more than 18,000 square feet offering farm fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh-pressed cider, specialty foods from throughout the Northeast, a bakery featuring their signature Apple Cider Donuts, pies, breads, and pastries. There is also a Gift Shop filled with candles, foods, gifts, housewares and much more.
