Walk the Fall Nature Walk at Buttercup Farms
A scenic overlook provides impressive and stunning views of Stissing Mountain and the valley below all dressed up in the colors of the season
Open dawn until dusk, the 641-acre Buttercup Farm Audubon Sanctuary offers six miles of trails and the opportunity to experience diverse habitats and witness a wide variety of wildlife - all while soaking up the splendor of the colorful surroundings.
Buttercup Farms is particularly known as an ideal place to spot up to 80 species of birds such as raptors like northern harrier hawks, song and field birds, wading birds like great blue herons, wood ducks and many other species of waterfowl, migrating shore birds, beavers and more.

Buttercup Farms is just 30 minutes southeast of Woodstock in the Catskills. Leashed dogs are allowed.
