This family-owned orchard has been growing apples since 1911 when onion farmer George Skiff and dairy farmer Andrew Beak joined forces to plant apples on a hillside in LaFayette in the Finger Lakes Region. Today, Beak & Skiff Apple Hill campus has something for everyone year-round from shopping, great views and kids’ activities to a general store, bakery, café, tavern and a tasting room for sampling cider, spirits and wine samples made from its own 1911 Distillery.
