Just 10.5 miles northwest of Chautauqua, this grain-to-glass distillery and craft brewery shares its home with Mazza Chautuaqua Cellars on 80 acres of farmland. This unique combination affords guest the opportunity to try award-winning small-batch spirits along with creative cocktails, beer and wine. Enjoy flights and wine and beer available by the glass onsite in the tasting room or on the seasonal patio.
