This waterfront museum features rotating exhibits along with a fleet of small boats, including an 1898 steam tugboat, and an extensive gift shop.


Located on historic Rondout Creek, the Hudson River Maritime Museum collects and displays four centuries of technological, industrial, and ecological innovations in the Mid-Hudson Valley.
 

The museum offers boat tours and lighthouse tours and hosts events throughout the year. Also available are sailing and rowing classes, boat-building workshops and maritime training that includes captain licensing.
