Owned and run by an “artist couple,” this stylish B&B is housed in a large renovated church hall on a tree-lined street in the Rondout section of Kingston, just up the street from restaurants, marinas, art galleries and more.
 

Built circa 1860, the former church’s four individually decorated rooms feature sitting areas and en suite or private bathrooms, towels and linens. Some have stained-glass windows, vaulted ceilings, canopy beds, and/or original artwork. Three bedrooms are upstairs; one is on the first floor.
 

Breakfast is complimentary and guests are welcome to enjoy the former chapel turned “great room” that has high ceilings, a balcony, a Steinway grand piano, comfortable chairs and couches. Other amenities include free WiFi throughout the B&B, a kitchen, towels for swimming trips, use of washer and dryer, and a private courtyard garden with a fountain, seating and farm tables for dining when the weather is nice.
