Downtown Oswego has recently welcomed both a new gourmet pizzeria and new gourmet bagel shop: Riverwalk Pizza and Riverwalk Bagels. Both are located within the luxury Riverwalk Apartments building overlooking Lake Ontario in downtown Oswego, but are open to the public.
Riverwalk Bagels offers handmade, oven-to-table fresh New York City style bagels. Each batch of their more than 15 flavors of bagel is made fresh each day from scratch and baked to perfection on site. Bagels can be paired with your choice of a variety of toppings, including several kinds of gourmet cream cheeses and butters, peanut butter, Nutella, avocado, hummus and more. You can order by the bagel, by the dozen, or by the half dozen, and can also choose from a variety of bagel-based sandwiches, as well as sandwiches on regular bread, for breakfast or lunch. Riverwalk Bagels also offers several flavors of specialty macaroni and cheese, and everything on the menu is available to order in the store or online, for dine-in or pickup. They’re open 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., seven days a week.
