A new glamping retreat has opened in the western Catskills. Boheme Retreats, located within the Covered Bridge Campsite, offers a mix of comfort, style, and convenience for those who want to experience nature without “roughing it.”

Billed as a “retro camping adventure,” Boheme Retreats offers visitors the chance to stay in one of five vintage campers that have been lovingly refurbished and updated with all the amenities. No need to sleep on the hard ground—the glamping experience includes all the comforts of home, like real beds, working bathrooms, kitchenettes, air conditioning and wifi.

A great way to make the outdoors accessible for those who aren’t experienced with camping, Boheme Retreats provides a perfect base camp for exploring the outdoor opportunities the area has to offer. Each vintage camper is located on its own site, with a campfire pit and outdoor seating area, and there is hiking, fishing, swimming, waterfalls and more to explore nearby.

Each of the five vintage campers at Boheme Retreats is unique—they are different sizes, models, and years—but they can sleep anywhere from two adults to four adults and a child, and two of the five are pet friendly. You can take a look at each one and make reservations online at bohemeretreats.com.
