Discover artisan pub dining with a southern flair at Lake Placid’s The Pickled Pig. All of their meats are roasted or smoked in-house from local, hormone and antibiotic-free meat (when possible).
 
The eatery’s grinds their own burgers using a house blend of short rib, chuck and brisket, and served on brioche-style buns made in house daily called “Dutch Crunch.”

Their fries are hand-cut and 'tater tots' are also made in-house, both cooked to order.
