Red Shed Brewery produces a wide variety of handmade, small-batch brews, using mostly NY state hops and grains in all of its beers, and is available only locally. This farm brewery’s Cooperstown location is open year-round with full menu, beer garden and outdoor seating area with a view of rolling hills.
 

Red Shed’s actual brewing facility is located in an old milk house in Cherry Valley, with a tasting room open weekends in the warmer months.
