With three comfy, charming guest rooms named after the child who grew up in it, this inn’s owner prides herself on her ability to pamper and treat each guest like family – and she has enjoyed doing this with visitors from all over the world! Conveniently located in northwest Rochester’s historic Maplewood Neighborhood, this B&B showcases two porches, two sitting rooms with fireplaces and beamed ceilings, two oak staircases, leaded windows, hardwood floors, two original bathrooms with footed tubs, unpainted oak woodwork galore and a stained glass window.

Bedrooms are all on the second floor and the three full bathrooms are shared. Amenities include a hearty breakfast, alarm clock radio, bathrobes, bath towels, washcloths, Wi-Fi connection and computer use, free off-street parking and use of laundry facility and full kitchen. Children are welcome – as are well-behaved pets – and children younger than 10 are free. The inn also has a port-a-crib, highchair, booster seat and bed rail available.
