This microbrewery produces many types of craft beers ranging from German-style lagers to hoppy IPAs to flavorful stouts using as many locally-sourced ingredients as possible.
 

The brewery’s taproom also features two taps dedicated to local hard cider, which is rotated on a seasonal basis, as well as several Finger Lakes wines.
