The Salmon River International Sport Fishing Museum is home to a collection of more than 250,000 historic items that were originally on display at the former Gladding Corporation’s Museum, the first ever museum of its kind in the country. It is situated on 10 acres of land with a pond and fishing access to the Salmon River.
 

Items on exhibit include homemade antique fishing rods, rare lures, reels and tackle and a significant library of books, original watercolors, and historic prints are included in the collection.
 

Open seasonally, the museum offers both guided or self-guided tours are available and hosts special events and presentations.
