Set inside a 1800s-era building, this rustic smokehouse offers cured & smoked cuisine, including the menu’s specialty, more than 15 varieties of bacon. Bacon flavors include apple bourbon, garlic, maple and horseradish.
Meats are smoked "low and slow” and, besides the bacon, other smoked offerings include pulled pork, chicken wings and meatballs.
 

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the eatery serves as both deli and restaurant and also serves local beer, hard cider and wine.
